Lyömätön Linja Espoo services are aimed and offered to men who have used or frightened of using violence within the family. Lyömätön Linja services began on the report produced by the Sub-Committee on Violence of the Council for Equality (TANE) in the year 1991, and on the Stopping Domestic Violence Project that was carried out in Espoo during the years 1993-1996. Lyömäton Linja Espoo activity through development work has noticed and brought experiences done within Finland and abroad alike. Lyömätön Linja Espoo background organization is Women’s Aid in Espoo (Naisten Apu Espoossa ry) which is a member of The Federation of Mother and Child Homes and Shelters (Ensi-ja turvakotien Liitto ry).
